I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Realtek High Definition Audio drivers, to no avail. When using blue tooth ear buds with a blue tooth microphone, there is no static. The microphone on my wifes Surface Laptop isnt working, and the 'Micrphone Array' is simply missing from the device Manager. I've had this issue before, and I've been trying to solve it for a long period now. This is a brand new out-of-the-box unit which has static when using the internal microphone array.
